We draw upon over 20 years of experience of FMCG and grocery retail in the UK, Europe and Australia. We have been involved with over 15 categories from grocery to chilled prepared foods, alcoholic drinks to baby and DIY with brand and own label expertise.
Developing effective relationships with retailers is key to success and we know and understand how they operate, having worked with all the major UK grocers, M&S, and internationally with Carrefour, Auchan, Rewe, Biedronka, Coles and IGA.
Michala Jarvis, Director & Principal Consultant is both a skilled practitioner and thought leader in category management and shopper marketing. This is combined with expertise in commercial strategy development, business planning, training, facilitation and conference speaking.
